Our CNC machining centres deliver tight repeatable tolerances suitable for precision‑critical applications. For most materials and geometries we typically achieve tolerances within ±0.1mm with finer tolerances available depending on the complexity of the part and the machining process required. If you have a specific tolerance or drawing requirement our technical team can review it and confirm exact capability based on material grade size and machining detail.

Our cutting fleet includes Behringer Hydmech Cosen and Amada saws capable of handling a wide range of diameters thicknesses and lengths. We can cut material up to 22" round and 28" wide with extended length capacity available on our LPS 60‑4 saws for oversized projects. Whether you need simple straight cuts or large‑format blocks our equipment is configured to support both high‑volume and specialist requirements.

Lead times vary depending on material availability complexity and order volume but most pick and pack orders are processed within 24–72 hours. CNC machining lead times vary from 2–6-week lead times with expedited options available for urgent projects. Your Account Manager will provide clear timelines at the point of order and keep you updated throughout the process to ensure your production schedule stays on track.
